At UP THERE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selected items aren't quite right, you can return them within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit, provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and shoe boxes are included and undamaged.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
